Revocable Living Trust
Includes:
- Trust Agreement
- Declaration of Trust
- Trust Certification
$350 (Single) / $450 (Married)
New clients will receive a Living Trust questionnaire to complete. Your official Living Trust documents will be delivered to you by mail within two weeks for your final review and execution, then must be notarized by a licensed notary. The Trust becomes effective immediately upon its creation.
Last Will and Testament
$150 (Single) / $250 (Married)
New clients will receive a Will questionnaire to complete. If married you can choose to have Individual Wills or a Joint Will. Please make your selection when filling out the questionnaire. Your Last Will and Testament document will be prepared and sent to you by mail within two weeks for final review and execution, then must be notarized by a licensed notary.
$350 (Individual)

Medical Directive
$250 (Individual)
Clients can choose between a Durable (Financial) Power of Attorney or a Medical (Healthcare) Power of Attorney. For some people it may be important to have both in place so you are covered financially and medically.
